This Self-Compassion Manual Set is designed to help practitioners guide clients in developing resilience, emotional balance, and a kinder relationship with themselves—across workplaces, schools, healthcare settings, non-profits, or 1:1 coaching—using practical, science-based self-compassion tools.

This set includes a Practitioner Handbook covering the theoretical foundations and session structure, and a Client Workbook filled with reflective exercises and experiential practices to support real-world application.

The intervention begins with an introduction to self-compassion and its scientific foundations, exploring the core components of mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness as a basis for lasting resilience.

    This initial session will help you provide your participants with a comprehensive introduction to the concept of self-compassion.

  • Session 2- The Embodiment of Self-Compassion

    This session explores the physiology of self-compassion—how self-compassion arises and is felt in our body.

  • Session 3 - The Role of Mindfulness in Self-Compassion

    In this session you'll look into the connection between mindfulness and self-compassion. You will explore what mindfulness is, how to practice it, and how it is integral to self-compassion.

  • Session 4 - Creating a Kinder Way of Being with Ourselves

    In this session, you’ll be taking the next step and exploring a kinder way of being with ourselves.

  • Session 5 - Common Humanity & Connection

    In this session you're going to deepen your understanding of common humanity and explore how this element of self-compassion applies to our everyday lives, particularly relationships.

  • Session 6 - Working with The Inner Critic and Self-Judgement

    In this session you're going to take time to recognize the ways we criticize and judge ourselves and start to create a new, more approving and compassionate, way of engaging.

  • Session 7 - Integrating Self-Compassion: What Comes Next?

    In this closing session, you will focus on integration—helping participants reflect on their journey, consolidate the practices they’ve learned, and create a sustainable plan to carry self-compassion forward into daily life.
