Session 6 - Working with The Inner Critic and Self-Judgement
In this session you're going to take time to recognize the ways we criticize and judge ourselves and start to create a new, more approving and compassionate, way of engaging.

Session 7 - Integrating Self-Compassion: What Comes Next?
In this closing session, you will focus on integrationโhelping participants reflect on their journey, consolidate the practices theyโve learned, and create a sustainable plan to carry self-compassion forward into daily life.
