The Self-Compassion X© program is designed to be flexible, offering multiple formats to suit different needs. The complete program consists of 7 sessions, typically delivered over 7 weeks. However, it can also be condensed into an intensive one-week format. Additionally, each session can be used as a stand-alone workshop, allowing you to tailor the experience to the needs of your audience.

You can download, customize, and print the materials for personal or professional use, such as in a coaching or a classroom setting.
