Dear all,
I hope you are all well. I’m here with the last update of the toolkit for 2020. This year we added more than 50 new tools to the toolkit and I am already excited to release the new range of tools planned for next year. In the video below I highlight a few of my personal favorites of this update.
Thank you for being a member! You make it possible for us to continuously update the toolkit and make it the ultimate resource for positive psychology professionals.

Hi Teresa,
Yes! If you visit this link, you’ll get the two coaching manuals as free bonuses with your purchase of the toolkit.

Is there a reason why you cannot purchase the toolkit using Paypal?
If we are enrolled in the EI course, do we have free access to the toolkit?
Hi Sarah, Thank you for getting in touch. The Positive Psychology Toolkit is not part of a masterclass, rather it is a separate product that is updated with new tools each month. The Toolkit provides access to over 350 science-based positive psychology tools. More information can be found here:

I hope this helps, please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
Best wishes, Elaine
well now you will here from me just up my lane thank you
You’re welcome, Jacquie!
Thank you Hugo! My personal favorite is “Consulting the Future Self” tool. It’s a great mindset to develop. I’ve done this on and off subconsciously without really being aware that I’m doing it, well sometimes I am, but now I can be more mindful about it moving forward! I think this will help take my own personal self-discipline to the next level. I’m excited to share this tool with my clients too, thanks again!
Hi Michael, thanks for sharing your opinion! Yes, I like this one too. In fact, I used it yesterday night when I was really tired but did not want the day to end (with two kids I just crave some time alone at the end of the day). Then, I visualized how my future self would be grateful for feeling well-rested the next day. It helped me to go to bed early. This morning, I felt fresh as never before ๐
Really looking forward to checking out these new tools – thank you! Merry Christmas to you!
I hope you like them, Elizabeth. Best wishes for 2021!
