      Hi Raihanah,

I’m talking about the “Eye of the Hurricane Meditation” and “Diaphragmatic breathing (belly breathing)”. They are part of the Positive Psychology Toolkit:

and the MP3 can be downloaded in the left menu of the tool at hand: there is a download function called “download MP3”. I hope this helps!

    Hi Mel,

Most of the tools we publish have been directly tested in research, and/or have been used by the author of the tool in either coaching or group sessions. I work as a coach myself and the tools we include in the toolkit are often those tools that I or other experts have found to work effectively with clients. Please note that not all tools work for all clients. I try to match the tools with the client’s needs. I introduce the tools in many different ways, mostly depending on the intellectual abilities of clients, their understanding of psychology and their “connection” with positive psychology. Regarding the last point; some clients don’t like the term “meditation” or “compassion”. For those clients, I use different descriptions. They do the same thing of course, but I try to match the wording with their own “comfort zone”. Every client is different and so are the tools ๐Ÿ™‚

Wow Iโ€™m excited to use the tools! Thanks for the update. Iโ€™m curious to know though, Seph, have you used any of these in coaching sessions? And how have you introduced them if you have? Thanks!
