The sessions move from Understanding to Experimenting to Integrating over the course of the 150+ pages. This structure allowed me to tailor it to where my clients are in their journey; for some, I skipped ahead, and for others, I sprinkled them into regular sessions – a task made easier due to suggested time estimates.
